„Changed requirements of the market and internal structures in the consulting of the corporate banking clients in the Bavarian market made a qualification measure for our advisors necessary. After a thorough market research and proof of several training concepts we chose VERWEYEN CONSULTING/ ECKERT GROUP. Especially the sustainable change process with the traffic-light-tool (TLT®) analysis and the collaboration with other project teams convinced us. The measurable success of this measure (competence comparison of the participants before and after the project with TLT®) supports our decision.
