The traffic-light-tool TLT® is a logical system. Especially the complexity-reducing and visual presentation makes it an effective instrument. It is like offering the participant a mirror for his competencies, even though not everybody is open for uncovering his own weaknesses. Therefore it is helpful and important to add the constructive support of e.g. the manager. The tool helps our sales people individually to find their best fitting training measures, it supports the dialogue with the area manager and also has a motivational aspect via the appraisal of strengths. We are demonstrating with the traffic-light-tool TLT® a real partnership approach for our dealerships and we are really preaching to the converted with this competence analysis. It is a real added-value against the competitors.
