The following reasons convinced me and my colleagues of the sales management about our cooperation with the ECKERT GROUP:
Next to the strong expertise in the financial service and assurance industry and a high professionalism of the teams, it was the approach to our assignment that assured us. The ECKERT GROUP managed to respond perfectly to the issues of our area managers: the pragmatic competence analysis with the traffic-light-tool® made sure to work on our relevant topics. Both the participants and the sales management received an objective and realistic view of the actual situation prior to the qualification modules. The step-by-step approach with intensive workshops in combination with individual coachings – both based on the results of the traffic-light-tool® -already generated noticeable lasting improvements in those areas that were most important to us. The participants emphasized that especially the peer supervision was an effective tool for problem solving, constructive feedback and personal development helping them to work independently in the future.
The intensive collaboration for several months lead to further possibilities for follow-up projects that help to transport the learned insights within the whole organization and implement into daily business.
