Experienced and newly appointed managers from different hierarchies (from the supervisor of numerous shops up to the country manager of several countries)

Our tasks:
Sensitize the participants for the high importance of supporting and challenging as a leader
Highly practical learning and discussion of most important leadership tools and behaviour
Implementation of the learned leadership techniques into daily work life and individual action plans for the coaching
Implementation:
Self assessment and appraisal from team concerning the individual leadership competencies of all participants with the Traffic-Light-Tool®
Four intensive and interactive workshops in small groups (max. 10 participants)
Several personal coachings with individual action plans
Results:
Constructive self reflexion on each participant individual leadership skills and styles and intensive action plans which have been implement up to 70 percent
Amongst other initiatives and through this Excellent Leadership Program the like-for-like sales increased by 20 percent in the shops

Further Follow- personal coachings and multiplication of the leadership competencies onto the shop manager level
