New values and new processes in the day-to-day business

Target group:

  • Bank advisors of the private wealth customers and corporate clients

Our tasks:

  • Sensitize the advisors to the newly adjusted values and processes of the bank
  • Handling of defensive behaviour to these values and processes
  • Implementation of the reviewed values and processes in the day-to day business
  • Implementation of improved advisory techniques through individual action plans (4-minutes-crossline)

Implementation:

  • Detailed interviews with the participants
  • Assisted ‘shadowings’ (real customer appointments) in the preparation phase
  • Two intensive workshops in small groups (max. 8 persons)
  • Two personal coachings with individual action plans

Results:

  • High acceptance of the new values and processes
  • Several individual improvement points for the advisory process

Specialities:

  • Follow-up project with the executives to ensure the sustainability of the advisory project
  • Diverse articles concerning this project  in the employees’ newsletter
  • Detailed case study with interviews of the participants and the initiators
