We successfully work together with VERWEYEN CONSULTING/ ECKERT GROUP since over 2 years, supporting the Private Wealth Management Relationship Managers in their consulting and sales skills as well as supporting the management team in their leadership skills.
Following the slogan “Achieving more together” we have improved our advisory service qualitatively and sustainably – within the new processes and challenging frameworks of our bank (e.g. banking crisis, implementation of MiFID).
Especially the comparison of the employee competences before and after the project with the analysis methodology of the traffic-light-tool® has shown an enormous and measurable progress of the whole team (improvement of strengths of more than 50%).
We were able to integrate this systematic competency analysis with the tailor-made questionnaire and the pragmatic and striking visualisation into our yearly appraisal interviews – it is a really effective Change Management tool!
