Our project 'Excellent Leadership Program' with VERWEYEN CONSULTING/ECKERT GROUP has helped our whole management team to improve extensively. In a hard competitive situation we were able to boost our sales 20 percent within one year like-for-like.
In a first step all participants went through a MANGO-specific leadership skill analysis with the patented traffic-light-tool®. The managers of all hierarchies evaluated themselves concerning their fields of competencies (e.g. delegation, feedback, conflict management). At the same time their employees gave their anonymous opinion. Both results were then compared and presented to all participants individually – from store manager and supervisors up to the country manager. These important results showed their particular strengths (green), potentials (yellow) and urgent improvement needs (red). All managers used the interval workshops and the possibility of the personal coaching sessions elaborating action plans and implementing the improvement points.
We will continue this project and roll-out the ‚Excellent Leadership Program’ from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.
