“The heterogeneity of our sales force due to their different job and industry experience of some years up to 25 years and an age structure from 30 to 59 years made it very challenging to find an appropriate training tool and partner for a further competence development and qualification of our sales force.
The great experience of the Eckert Group within the industry together with the competence analysis of the traffic-light-tool® convinced us to get a custom-made solution which we could adapt to our needs. By using the online traffic-light-tool® it was possible to get all participants on board of their professional and private development, the intensive and prompt coordination of training contents were managed excellently by Mr. Schmidtmayer who was available for our questions at any time.
The workshops began with an exceptional kick-off event with Asian martial arts in order to show the parallels with the daily work routine. It was an inspiring event that fascinated everyone both mentally and physically.
Altogether 4 days of workshops, reinforced by individual coachings, responded to the demand for change expressed by the participants. Especially the great practical relevance, which lead to a direct implementation of the training contents appealed to us. For example in role plays the handling with potential buyers at a fair could be simulated and different possibilities of treating visitors as guests could be trained.
The final evaluation with the online traffic-light-tool® showed clearly a measurable increase of competence of our sales force employees, therefore we appreciate this method and recommend it to other companies.
