"There is nothing on earth that never changes“, Dsuang Dsi knew this already more than 2,300 years ago.
Changes take place faster than ever and their characteristics are as complex as never. We consider these complexities and the comprehensible human defensive stance and bring them forward towards a positive change like newly improved methods and techniques for example in contact with internal and external customers.
Changes must be managed over a longer term. Most of our projects consist of various phases summing up to a period of four to twelve months. This included not only the interval phases of workshops and coachings with several weeks of implementation experience in daily work in-between. It also includes the thorough preparation and follow-up phases.
In a successful change project it is important to include all stakeholders already in the preparation phase. In this phase we arrange intensive interviews with all members to challenge their willingness to change and possible hurdles. To involve all concerned persons is the basis of an accurate conceptualisation and implementation as well as the tracking and measurement of changes.
