In 1996 “Smarting® - the price stability training” started with the qualification of about 20,000 participants bringing them to a more competent and more successful price negotiation.
We are still giving these important trainings relating to this topic for almost all industries and hierarchies.
We got experience in the banking sector, the automotive industry and retail as well as for example in the pharmaceutical and IT segment with Smarting®.
Very often we found out that most of the companies don’t push this subject enough even though it is directly related to their profits. They usually don’t prepare their (sales) staff enough for their sophisticated price negotiations.
In the price stability training Smarting® the participants learn to break their inner blocks and reservations against demanding rebate-focussed customers. Also they learn to take this topic as a normal part of their daily work life.
We prepare the participants for day-to-day situations: they learn the professional handling with these stress situations and the successful implementation of strategies for a sustainable reduction of rebates.
