With an intelligent system with several modules we assist and support the whole change process of the employees (from the first shock through the emotional acceptance up to the change and implementation).
Generally the system starts with a detailed briefing with all involved parties and an analysis of the current situation (e.g. with our patented and successful traffic-light-tool®). This cooperative and diligent helps to find the right content for the conceptualisation and sensitizes the participants for the change and improvements to come.
Often we carry out our workshops at the site of the company - the advantage: no travelling of participants, lower investments, direct access to daily working documents and systems.
